Another week another costume idea! So many possibilities when it comes to deciding what to be for Halloween. Do you go punny, cute, inflatable, comfortable, etc. Today we are going punny with a chef’s kiss costume. Sometimes inspiration comes easy for costumes but other times Pinterest is my saving grace. All in all this is a very easy costume especially if you need something last minute.
This would be a super easy costume to DIY, which I usually love to do and try to do for Halloween but I have been short on time lately so Amazon came in clutch once again. This costume pack came with the apron, chef’s hat, and wooden spoon. In order to DIY you’d just get a plain white hat and apron, apply red lipstick and get to smooching the fabric.
In addition to the apron I wore a red t-shirt and a red gingham skirt. For shoes I went with comfort and wore my Air Force 1’s. I added a silver layered necklace to complete the look. This is a very comfortable costume and I liked how it all went together.
I kept the makeup pretty simple but very red. A lot of blush and red lipstick were necessary for this look. The rest of the makeup look I kept very close to my every day makeup. I just curled my hair and tucked some pieces under the hat so that it was out of my face.
